***EXCLUSIVE CHRISTMAS RELEASE FOR CHARITY***
This season, Tartelet Records is digging deep into its secret stash of holiday treats with an exclusive compilation of ten previously unreleased tracks. The record will be available as a pay-what-you-like download on the Tartelet Bandcamp with all donations going directly towards the Syrian civilian rescue group, the White Helmets.
On the record, find the label’s signature experimental sound from its roster of renowned artists and musicians, including tracks by Glenn Astro, Max Graef, Uffe, and Wayne Snow, to name a few. Connecting the artists in the Tartelet family is not only their ballsy, genre-binding sound, featuring a range of tempos and tones with jazz, hip-hop, funk, and house influences. For this exclusive release, the artists have come together for a specific charitable cause, each selecting a quality, never-heard-before track as an incentive for listeners to donate and show solidarity for civilians living under attack in areas occupied by Syrian rebel forces.
The entire record can be downloaded free of charge as of 9th December 2016. All proceeds are guaranteed to go to the White Helmets organization: a volunteer rescue service defined by brave humanitarian engagement. Any donation is graciously accepted. To find out more go to www.whitehelmets.org
Special thanks and admiration to Alex Seidel, Glenn Astro, Jan Brauer, Kickflip Mike, Max Graef, Nelson, Rewolmer, Uffe, VKTR and Wayne Snow for donating their musical works, to Frederik Elleby Christensen for the artwork and Benjamin Tierney for mastering all tracks free of charge.
